Casa Monica is a studio on the sea with a large terrace with spectacular views of Capri, Ischia, Procida and the Gulf of Naples. Located in the renowned Riviera San Montano in Massa Lubrense, it consists of a room with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Casa Monica is the ideal location to relax between sun and sea without the stress of city traffic.

- PRIZE: It is to be considered up to 2 people. A daily supplement will be applied to each additional adult guest

- COVID FREE: All procedures will be adopted in compliance with the Covid-19 regulations

- REGISTRATION OF DOCUMENTS: During check-in you will be asked for documents to allow their registration as required by law

- CHECK-IN: from 3pm / CHECK-OUT: by 10am

- RECYCLING: At home there will be instructions on how to respect the separate collection of garbage

NOT INCLUDED

- CITY TAX: The Tourist City Tax required by law by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense will be calculated based on the number of people for the number of nights. The cost is Euro 2 per person up to a maximum of 5 nights. It must be paid in cash upon check-out and a receipt will be issued
